Project Summary:
The Fusion project intent is to reposition 87 Albert, 60 Federal and 16 Kingston Street as an attractive and vibrant contemporary destination.
Fusion will offer a new destination address for Albert Street by offering a Hawker style food precinct and revitalised podium streetscape façade. This will drive an energized through site link to Federal Street bringing a new level of urban activation to the area.
